Jessica Baker

Jessica Baker
Jessica Baker currently serves as Chief Operations Officer for Palisade Builders (PBI), a General Contracting firm in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in building large scale multi-family and mixed use developments, as well as commercial, retail, and historic building renovations.
With nearly twenty years of experience, she has overseen the completion of 1,400 multifamily construction units through design development, budgeting, bidding, contracting, scheduling and day to day management of construction activities and teams.
Prior to joining the Palisade Builders team, she managed construction of multifamily developments for Prometheus Real Estate Group, Mill Creek Residential Trust and Trammell Crow Residential.
Jessica’s passion for construction technology has recently led her to develop and implement innovative platforms which look to increase productivity, improve collaboration, enhance efficiency and drive construction forward enabling teams to tackle more complex projects.
Jessica served eight years in the U.S. Navy as an active duty commissioned officer and Naval Flight Officer. She is a licensed California Contractor, holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the US Naval Academy, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Construction Management from the University of Southern California.

With more than 16 years in philanthropic work, Taylor is passionate about her numerous fundraising efforts using her influential voice to focus on Veterans, Animal Rescue and Children’s Charities. In 2017 Taylor launched Campitelli3 LLC Consulting with a focus on helping charities grow through effective fundraising, which she calls FUNraising, as well as making sure they have all the tools needed for successful networking, targeted outreach, integration & expansion across multiple markets.

Joe is a real estate investor who specializes in commercial (mostly self-storage) development along the East Coast of the US, and is a sought-after business coach.
Joe is a decorated veteran who served in the United States Navy Construction Battalion – the SeaBees –which included a tour of duty in Qatar as part of Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, as well as under two Presidents at Camp David.
Today Joe creates transformation by providing his clients with the tools, strategies and distinctions they need to master their business, create unstoppable momentum, and break through any obstacles holding them back from achieving massive growth and success.

Lt. Col. (ret) Hunter K. Jones

Lt Col (Retired) Hunter Jones serves as a Security Consultant with Insight Global currently working at Penn Medicine within their Information Security Division. He previously served as the Government Security Leader at the Boeing Company, Ridley Park, PA and Patuxent River, MD. Prior to Boeing, he served as an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton for several years. During his time with Booz Allen, he worked on-site for three distinct clients: U.S. Coast Guard Counterintelligence (CI) Service, Headquarters Department of Homeland Security Counterintelligence Mission Center, and U.S. Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT).
As an active duty Air Force officer, Hunter served as a career federal agent for the Office of Special Investigations (OSI). During his career with OSI, he had extensive exposure to a wide array of missions within the scope of OSI duties to include: narcotics investigations, felony crime investigations, executive protection operations, counterintelligence collections & investigations/operations, counterespionage operations, and counterterrorism operations. Lt Col (Retired) Jones served twice as a deployed Special Agent in Charge/Commander during both Operations Iraqi Freedom & Enduring Freedom and was the Global Security Director/Personal Security Advisor to the Air Force Chief of Staff, General John Jumper. He was also assigned as the Special Agent in Charge at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, where he was the Commander of a 24-man unit, interfacing frequently with the Base Commander and the Assistant United States Attorney’s Office in furtherance of his unit’s investigative mission. In his last assignment as an active duty officer, Lt Col (Retired) Jones served as a staff officer at U.S. Central Command in the Security Cooperation Division leading the Plans, Programs, & Policy Directorate.
Hunter cross-commissioned into the U.S. Air Force in 1997 upon graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy (USNA) with Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. He played Varsity Football while at the Naval Academy, in addition to playing at the Naval Academy Preparatory School in Newport, RI before attending the Naval Academy. In 2007, he earned a Masters of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College at the Defense Intelligence Agency. He later attended the Air Command and Staff College at Maxwell Air Force Base, where he earned his Masters of Arts in Military Operational Art and Science with emphasis in International Security Studies in 2010.
Hunter was born in Bryn Mawr, PA and is married to his spouse (Tara) of twenty years and has two boys: Hunter Jr. (16 yrs. old) and Heath (14 yrs. old). They currently reside in Berwyn, PA in same exact neighborhood where he grew up as a young boy. He is a current member of the OSI Association of Special Agents, ASIS International (Board Member), Women in Defense Organization, and is posturing to serve as a Blue and Gold Officer for the U.S. Naval Academy, helping to identify and facilitate the application process for prospective Naval Academy midshipmen. He stays active in coaching various sports teams consisting of football and lacrosse and does so to teach life lessons and mold future leaders within our youth community.

Veronica is a strategic advisor to many top retail leaders and their organizations.
Veronica joined Sezzle after a successful run leading PayPal’s Large Enterprise business in North America and launching their top Global Accounts division.
Her experiences as a retail executive include running e-commerce, digital, operations and marketing departments. Veronica has served on the CRMC Committee, Global Retail Marketing Association, E-tail, and Aberdeen’s Retail Advisory Boards.

Lori is currently the Senior Vice President, Head of Legal & Secretary for David’s Bridal, Inc., a specialty wedding retailer with more than 320 stores in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. She has been nominated as one of Remodista’s 2017 and 2019 Women 2 Watch in Retail Disruption. She has global legal advisory responsibility for the strategic marketing plans, e-commerce initiatives, advertising media reviews, privacy initiatives, store operations initiatives, customer service initiatives and all human resource matters. She also manages all litigation for the company and serves on the international expansion team. Prior to joining David’s Bridal, Lori began her thirty year retail in-house legal career at The May Department Stores Company and later with Macy’s/Bloomingdales, after the merger of the two in 2005. When Macy’s sold David’s Bridal to a private equity firm in 2007, they asked Lori to move to Philadelphia and become their legal counsel.
Lori received her Juris Doctorate degree from University of Missouri-Columbia. She serves on the advisory board of the GRMA and is the Chairperson of the Compliance Committee for David’s Bridal. She is married with two children and resides in Philadelphia, PA. Lori and her entire family are avid scuba divers.

Ms. Lundy has been recognized as a 2021 Philly Power Woman by Metro Philadelphia. Also, she was named to the 40 Under 40 for 2021 by Al Día Newspaper and City and State Pennsylvania.
Ms. Lundy also serves as a Director At Large for Temple University’s Klein College of Media and Communications, Executive Committee Member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the NAACP and on the Board of Governors for the Philly Ad Club.

Morales began his 30+ year career while working in the private sector, drawing on this experience when hired with the federal government to quickly bridge between public and private sectors, aligning the lending community and demystifying the processes of using federally insured programs for developers. His established relationships with the real estate community, developers and with federal and state agencies enable him to effectively serve communities in providing sustainable housing.

Lisa M. Pflaumer is an accomplished executive with 30 years of expertise driving operational and business development growth for public, private and non-profit organizations at various stages of evolution. For the last 20-years, Lisa’s expertise has supported and established the foundation for several start-up organizations and departments. Known for her high-energy, Lisa is a hands-on leader with a consistent record of delivering results in challenging and high-tempo circumstances. She firmly believes that if opportunity does not knock, you must build a door. Her success is forged in building solid relationships with stakeholders.
While earning her Master of Public Administration from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, Lisa started her career with the Naval Air Systems Command as a civilian Logistics Management Specialist supporting foreign military sales, support equipment, and the V-22 programs. The past 8 years have included executive leadership roles in senior housing – independent & assisted living, start-up non-profit management, and supply chain management.
Lisa resides in Bucks County, PA with her husband, Jack, a 30-year retired Army veteran (Col., USAR – Ret.) and their two fur-babies, Bonnie and Clyde. Her adult son, Andrew, is studying Mechanical Engineering at Northeastern University. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, working out, and volunteering for organizations that support issues related to animal rescue, military veterans, and seniors.
