Taylor Campitelli - Secretary

With more than 16 years in philanthropic work, Taylor is passionate about her numerous fundraising efforts using her influential voice to focus on Veterans, Animal Rescue and Children’s Charities. In 2017 Taylor launched Campitelli3 LLC Consulting with a focus on helping charities grow through effective fundraising, which she calls FUNraising, as well as making sure they have all the tools needed for successful networking, targeted outreach, integration & expansion across multiple markets.
Peter Cordua - Treasurer

Peter has more than 30 years pf professional experience as a Certified Public Account, and helps his clients with management efficiencies, ownership structure, real estate development, succession planning and mergers. Peter’s areas of concentration are taxation, management consulting, M & A, and testifying as an expert legal witness. Peter dedicates his time to a myriad of charities, and is integral to networking supporters together to grow donor bases and raise funds.

Joe is a real estate investor who specializes in commercial (mostly self-storage) development along the East Coast of the US, and is a sought-after business coach.
Joe is a decorated veteran who served in the United States Navy Construction Battalion – the SeaBees –which included a tour of duty in Qatar as part of Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, as well as under two Presidents at Camp David.
Today Joe creates transformation by providing his clients with the tools, strategies and distinctions they need to master their business, create unstoppable momentum, and break through any obstacles holding them back from achieving massive growth and success.
Lt. Col. (ret) Hunter K. Jones

Hunter K. Jones, Lt. Col (ret), U.S. Air Force
Lt Col (Retired) Hunter Jones serves as a Security Consultant with Insight Global currently working at Penn Medicine within their Information Security Division. He previously served as the Government Security Leader at the Boeing Company, Ridley Park, PA and Patuxent River, MD. Prior to Boeing, he served as an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton for several years. During his time with Booz Allen, he worked on-site for three distinct clients: U.S. Coast Guard Counterintelligence (CI) Service, Headquarters Department of Homeland Security Counterintelligence Mission Center, and U.S. Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT).
As an active duty Air Force officer, Hunter served as a career federal agent for the Office of Special Investigations (OSI). During his career with OSI, he had extensive exposure to a wide array of missions within the scope of OSI duties to include: narcotics investigations, felony crime investigations, executive protection operations, counterintelligence collections & investigations/operations, counterespionage operations, and counterterrorism operations. Lt Col (Retired) Jones served twice as a deployed Special Agent in Charge/Commander during both Operations Iraqi Freedom & Enduring Freedom and was the Global Security Director/Personal Security Advisor to the Air Force Chief of Staff, General John Jumper. He was also assigned as the Special Agent in Charge at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, where he was the Commander of a 24-man unit, interfacing frequently with the Base Commander and the Assistant United States Attorney’s Office in furtherance of his unit’s investigative mission. In his last assignment as an active duty officer, Lt Col (Retired) Jones served as a staff officer at U.S. Central Command in the Security Cooperation Division leading the Plans, Programs, & Policy Directorate.
Hunter cross-commissioned into the U.S. Air Force in 1997 upon graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy (USNA) with Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. He played Varsity Football while at the Naval Academy, in addition to playing at the Naval Academy Preparatory School in Newport, RI before attending the Naval Academy. In 2007, he earned a Masters of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College at the Defense Intelligence Agency. He later attended the Air Command and Staff College at Maxwell Air Force Base, where he earned his Masters of Arts in Military Operational Art and Science with emphasis in International Security Studies in 2010.
Hunter was born in Bryn Mawr, PA and is married to his spouse (Tara) of twenty years and has two boys: Hunter Jr. (16 yrs. old) and Heath (14 yrs. old). They currently reside in Berwyn, PA in same exact neighborhood where he grew up as a young boy. He is a current member of the OSI Association of Special Agents, ASIS International (Board Member), Women in Defense Organization, and is posturing to serve as a Blue and Gold Officer for the U.S. Naval Academy, helping to identify and facilitate the application process for prospective Naval Academy midshipmen. He stays active in coaching various sports teams consisting of football and lacrosse and does so to teach life lessons and mold future leaders within our youth community.
Veronica Katz - Vice President

Veronica is a strategic advisor to many top retail leaders and their organizations.
Veronica joined Sezzle after a successful run leading PayPal’s Large Enterprise business in North America and launching their top Global Accounts division.
Her experiences as a retail executive include running e-commerce, digital, operations and marketing departments. Veronica has served on the CRMC Committee, Global Retail Marketing Association, E-tail, and Aberdeen’s Retail Advisory Boards.
Lori Cochrane Kinkade

Lori Cochran Kinkade
Lori is currently the Senior Vice President, Head of Legal & Secretary for David’s Bridal, Inc., a specialty wedding retailer with more than 320 stores in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. She has been nominated as one of Remodista’s 2017 and 2019 Women 2 Watch in Retail Disruption. She has global legal advisory responsibility for the strategic marketing plans, e-commerce initiatives, advertising media reviews, privacy initiatives, store operations initiatives, customer service initiatives and all human resource matters. She also manages all litigation for the company and serves on the international expansion team. Prior to joining David’s Bridal, Lori began her thirty year retail in-house legal career at The May Department Stores Company and later with Macy’s/Bloomingdales, after the merger of the two in 2005. When Macy’s sold David’s Bridal to a private equity firm in 2007, they asked Lori to move to Philadelphia and become their legal counsel.
Lori received her Juris Doctorate degree from University of Missouri-Columbia. She serves on the advisory board of the GRMA and is the Chairperson of the Compliance Committee for David’s Bridal. She is married with two children and resides in Philadelphia, PA. Lori and her entire family are avid scuba divers.

Teresa M. Lundy is the Principal and Founder of TML Communications, an award-winning strategic public relations, crisis communications, and community engagement firm that produces results. The firm has served clients including DoorDash, the Office of the Sheriff of Philadelphia, Zipcar, Lyft, and Temple University. Ms. Lundy has been recognized as a 2021 Philly Power Woman by Metro Philadelphia. Also, she was named to the 40 Under 40 for 2021 by Al Día Newspaper and City and State Pennsylvania.
Ms. Lundy also serves as a Director At Large for Temple University’s Klein College of Media and Communications, Executive Committee Member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the NAACP and on the Board of Governors for the Philly Ad Club.
Director of Rural Housing - Rose Community Capital
Edgar Morales a thought leader in the Multifamily Housing Industry, currently serves as Director of Rural Housing Services and FHA lending programs at Rose Community Capital, leading the Affordable & Workforce housing National Lending platform. Prior to joining RCC, Edgar served as a Senior Loan Analyst for the Multifamily Guaranteed Loan Division at USDA Rural Development National Office. Edgar has also served as a MAP Senior Underwriter for The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the San Francisco Multifamily HUB Specializing in Affordable Housing Finance, preservation of subsidized housing and tiered financing structures. He was directly responsible for underwriting & closing HUD’s fist transactions under their FHA Tax Credit Pilot and Rental Assistant Demonstration (RAD) programs. Prior to HUD, Edgar served as Program Coordinator for the California USDA Rural Development State office, providing funding opportunities for developers in new construction and preservation of affordable housing. While working in CA Edgar served as an expert panelist and trainer for many major lending institutions and has served as a guest presenter for Fannie Mae, the FDIC, The United Way, and The California Coalition for Affordable Housing (CCAH), The Cities of Fresno, Salinas, Greenfield, Santa Clara, Soledad, and Gonzales. His Market knowledge and Technical experience has been sought by many State Agencies and Housing Advocates on a Nationwide level. His real estate finance experience began while working in the private sector. Edgar served on the board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors (CAR) 1997-2000. In 1998-2000 he also served as a Director for the Santa Clara Association of Realtors, where he was a member of the Ethics & Standards committee and the Housing Affordability Committee. He has worked in the loan origination and loan underwriting in both private and public sectors and has assisted developers & Communities in obtaining Funding assistance from local governments both State and Federal. The background and experience he gained in the private sector were instrumental when hired with the Federal Government as he was quickly was able to bridge between public and private sectors, aligning the lending community and demystify the processes of using federally insured programs for Developers. Edgar’s 30+ years in the Industry has given him a vast background which enables him to provide borrowers with a deeper understanding of leveraging public-private resources needed for today’s complex Multifamily transactions. His philosophy is that, through transparency and communication, Developers and property owners will have a better experience working with Federal and State programs, which in turn allows them to have a better borrowing experience. As a Community Partner and Lender, Edgar continues to offer his technical knowledge and market experience to Developers, Housing Advocates and Partners throughout the Industry. Mr. Rosenberger is a Senior IT Executive with over twenty-five years of leadership and consulting experience. He is an expert at driving the development and execution of innovative business strategies across multiple markets and verticals and most recently, he has been involved in large Digital Transformations for global organizations, namely the Veterans Affairs as he is the Director of B3 Group’s ServiceNow Practice.
Andrew has served on the Rutgers University Cybersecurity Curriculum Advisory Board and Art-Reach, a local-non-profit committed to art and cultural accessibility to those who are under-represented.

Dana is a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist who gets her drive, passion and dedication to her community from her parents. Dana’s Spain Development Group, is committed to revitalizing Philadelphia’s neighborhoods. Dana is the visionary behind the Fairmount @ Brewerytown. The transformation of the historic Acme Warehouse Distribution Center, into 237,000 square feet of mixed-use space. Dana joined Volumetric Building Companies (VBC) to help expand the reach of modular construction and to work on modular solutions to address the Affordable and Supportive housing crisis in America. Dana has followed her passion for animals and Veterans, founding Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) in 2006 and HAVEN Women in 2017.

Since 1996, she has been responsible for raising development capital from a broad base of private and public foundations and governmental bodies. Mrs. Gonzalez’ most notable achievement is the creation of a supportive community for elders through the development of affordable rental housing and the construction of a Life Center that provides frail elders with social and health services so that they can remain living at home for as long as possible.

Dr. Keith Leaphart is an innovator whose expansive, parallel careers in medicine, business and philanthropy center upon one single mission: help as many people as possible, as often as possible. Dr. Leaphart’s work in medicine and entrepreneurship has granted him the nickname Philadelphia’s “Doctorpreneur”.
Keith serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for The Lenfest Foundation. He believes everyday people, more than foundations or corporations, are the primary growth drivers for giving, and that traditional metrics for quantifying philanthropy can, and should, be disrupted. To that end, in 2018, Dr. Leaphart launched Philanthropi® – an innovative digital and social engagement platform designed to amplify awareness, excitement, and commitment to lifelong philanthropy.
Alison Young - Advisor

Alison is a regular on-air political commentator for BBC One Breakfast (London, Global), Fox Television Station’s Chasing News (New York) and 6ABC’s Inside Story (Philadelphia).
Young is a former senior White House official, serving in the George W. Bush Administration as Special Assistant to the President. An expert on media and political communications, Young was recently appointed to the faculty of Women’s Campaign School at Yale. She is managing partner of Red, White and Blue Strategies (RWB), founding RWB’s executive coaching and leadership training practice group as a certified emotional intelligence coach.
She was recently appointed as a commissioner to the Pennsylvania Commission for the United States Semiquincentennial in 2026.
